how long should i boil pork short ribs?
i am making barbecued pork short ribs. i am going to boil them first, then finish it off with the bbq sauce in my slow cooker.
You are not making barbecues ribs, you are making braised ribs. Don’t boil them first. Make them in the slow cooker, then let them cool and skim the fat off the top. then reheat them. They will be much better!
