Barbecue Slaw
HOW MANY BOILED POTATOES DO I NEED TO FEED 1000 PEOPLE?
we are doing a benefit barbecue with slaw/ boiled potatoes and hushpuppies
Seriously, it depends on the type of potatoes and how you are going to fix them.
Baked potatoes would be one potato per person. 10 lb. potatoes fixed as scalloped potatoes would fee 50 persons + a little more
Small red potatoes, boiled, drained and buttered with chopped parsley – you would need 3-4 per person.
