Barbecue Steak Marinade
What is a good way to cook a steak now and that is frozen in the freezer for a long time …?
… Thawed. More details »It has been given to me. I do not know what kind it is because there is no label. But I'm sure it was purchased at Costco, so I'm guessing maybe a top surloin perhaps? I'm thinking of marinating it. I usually like my steak on the rare side effects of moderate so I do not think the work is, so to cook. Can someone give me a good Recipes and ideas. Something that you have made. Something with a sauce to go over them when you are done, as I do not like well done steak! Please help. I cook tonight! I do not have such a grill have to cook in a pan.
Since you say that it was frozen in the freezer for a long time, I would suggest that They cut it into thin strips and cook the steak in a little olive oil until as done as you wish. I would then add some vegetables, Broccoli, pea pods, peppers, onions, water chestnuts if you like it and some mushrooms, then add soy sauce or peanut sauce, as much as you roast and up it is cooked, but not as exaggerated. You can also buy frozen vegetables in the supermarket history, have mixed the sauce in them makes things even easier!
