Barbeque Building

I need a simple menu for 125 people, mostly men?

It is for an simple event in a rustic setting, they will be doing outdoor hunting related things like learning about food plots and studying fields. There are no kitchen facilities with running water, just a large pole building that they will eat in. My husband wants me to make barbeque, but I would have to make it in advance and don’t have enough refrigerator space to keep it cold for a day or two.

If you have access to electricity , I would do some crock pots with Sloppy Joes and serve them with some picnic sides like cole slaw, bean salad, etc.

If you can grill when you’re there, I would do simple hotdogs and hamburgers with picnic sides.

If you have access to pretty much nothing, I would do a sandwich bar- have several trays of meats, cheeses, condiments, etc. Than you could use picnic sides to go with the sandwiches- baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, cookies, brownies.
