How to feed 30 people without a barbeque?
I’m organising a corporate event for 30 staff and was planning to cook sausages and burgers on a barbeque to provide lunch. The barbeque is no longer an option though and I’m at a loss as to what to provide instead. Any suggestions for feeding 30 hungry people without hiring a caterer?
Deli sandwiches. You will need to allow about 1/4 pound of deli meat per person. Get two or three types, like ham, turkey, and beef. Then get a couple of types of bread or rolls, cheese, lettuce, mustard, mayo.
You can also provide some chips and dip of some type of dessert (cookies or brownies). You can add other items if you like, such as salads, pickles etc.
I hosted a baby shower in March for about 25 people and just premade sandwiches the night before for the sake of saving space. Everyone just added their own condiments. Or you could just set it up like a buffet.
