Barbeque Review

has anyone been to Paul M. Grist state park in Selma, Alabama?

we are looking for a camp site/park where we can swim and just pitch a tent and barbeque a bit and take our 5 year old daughter and our dog, we live in montgomery and so we dont want to go very far, and this seems like a good place, but i haven’t been able to find any reviews about it, so i was just wondering if someone’s been there and how was it like, like was the water pretty clean, any thing like that. thanks!
