Barbeque Rib Recipes
What recipe to follow with baby back ribs? I bought 4 racks of raw back ribs. Baking it with barbeque sauce?
You’ve probably already cooked the ribs, but this is how I did mine yesterday:
lay a sliced lemon and sliced raw onion rings on the meat and place in the oven at 450 for 30 min. Then lower the oven to 350 and brush on bbq sauce. Every 20-30 min. turn and brush on more sauce. Only takes another 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. and they get so tender they fall off the bone! If they get browner than you want just cover with foil.
