Barbeque Ribs In Oven
How do I cook a nice set of pork ribs?
I want barbeque sauce on it, do I put it on before or after it I put it in the oven?
What other things can I add to make them yummy?
Yummy, now THAT sounds good. Remember, you want to cook them for a very long time if you have it, like on 300 for maybe 2 hours or more. This makes them fall off the bone good.
This is what I do, well kind of, it changes every time cuz I never write anything down 
First I make a rub. I add chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, a little cayenne pepper, and whatever else floats my boat at the time. But those are the basic 4 that I know I add. Mix all this up and rub it all over the meat. Now put the meat in aluminum foil Meat side facing down, and pour in some white wine, or a beer, and wrap it up tightly in the foil. Put in the oven until done, and then take it out, slather it with barbecue sauce, turn up the heat to broil, and put it under the broiler until the sauce is baked on.
At this point, I don’t put it back in the oven, but on my grill, but you could do either. I am so hungry now! Good luck!
