how do i prepare and cook salmon fillets on a grill with store bought barbeque sauce?
I personally wouldn’t put a barbeque sauce on salmon. You could use a lighter sauce. Find a recipe for a sauce that goes well with fish. You should use something that won’t kill the taste of the salmon. If you do use the barbeque sauce use very, very sparingly, like a thin coat brushed on each side.
Fresh orange, lime, or lemon juice goes really well with any fish.
