Barbeque Sandwiches
Will this DIET work?
I wake up at 6 30 and have a bowl of cereal…go to school and have a barbeque sandwich or cheeseburger….come home and have a protein bar…and eat two or more helpings of dinner along with 90 ounces of water….I weigh 171 pounds…im 5 11 and i have 11% of fat…I want to eventually get six pack…so i want to be under 8%, and this is just my diet…I’m also riding my bike for an hour a day…using weight machines…and doing 100 sit ups…v ups…crunches…and side crunches a day
Skip the cheeseburger. Pack a sandwish made of whole wheat bread, lean roast beef, low fat cheese, and lettuce .(tomatos, etc.) No mayo. Have water or sugar free Propel and an apple with it. Other than that, it’s very healthy. Good luck.
