Barbeque Slaw
What is a good menu for a simple wedding barbeque for 100 people?
So far they are cooking chicken, hamburg, and hot dogs. Side dishes are potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, and macaroni salad. I am making the wedding cake. We need some ideas for side dishes.
Fruit salad
Crab salad
Tossed salad
Grilled veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, potatoes, asparagus)
Pasta salad
Vegetable tray with dipping sauce
Corn on the cob
Macaroni and Cheese
Garlic bread
Tortilla chips, salsa, and layered bean dip
