Bbq Pork Sandwiches
Need a good pulled pork sandwich recipe, but not BBQ?
I want a sandwich pulled pork style, but I do not want BBQ, I had a sandwich at Cheeseburger in Paradise called the Cuban (I think that's what it was called), but they have not had this sandwich at the Pig IOT, which was not bbq and it was good, I've never had anything like it soo, and moved I cannot find a recipe for anything other than barbecue. Anyone with any good recipes for non-bbq Pork sandwiches had gone very much appreciated.
Season pork shoulder or butt granulated generously with salt, white pepper, garlic. Place The butt / shoulder in a smoking med heat for 4 to 6 Hours. Remove from smoker and place in preheated oven at 250 degrees about 6 hours, tacking as necessary. Drag from the stove and a fork in each hand, pull apart meat, until the desired size.
