What wine goes with this pork dish?
Ok, so I signed up for this BBQ grill-off competition. I have a great recipe for pork tenderloin using soy sauce, garlic, oregano, and red vinegar. I JUST found out that I must provide a wine to taste with my dish!! Ugh, please help, I don’t know wines well.. what do you suggest with my pork dish?
It really depends on how you’re trying to pair it… body, spice, etc.
