Bbq Prime Rib
Aside from prime rib and filet mignon, what are other fine cuts of meat?
I’m going to buy some steak for a BBQ and I wasn’t sure what other cuts of meat to look for. Prime rib is too large and filet mignon is far too expensive.
A sirloin is a classic choice; New York strip is good, too!
