Bbq Resturants
Anyone know a good bbq sauce?
So i bbq a lot and am tired of the store brand bbq sauces, they just aren’t as good as some of the home made sauces i have tried at friends houses and resturants. So does anyone know a good bbq sauce recipie they wouldnt mind sharing.
I love this BBQ Sauce. It’s easy to make with great flavors that are not overpowering.
Best Homemade BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup of either pineapple or orange juice
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup Riesling
Instructions:
1. Stir all of the ingredients (except wine) into a saucepan. Heat just long enough to dissolve the sugar.
2. Remove from heat. Add wine. Mix well.
3. Pour over chicken or pork chops to marinate for several hours. Grill or bake as desired.
