Bbq Salmon Recipe
How would you improve on this recipe?
I came up with this tonight:
1. Get one of those long breads…2 feet long, slightly twisted, italian style.
2. Cut it every 1/4 inch thick at a diagonal
3. coat it with butter/garlic/oregano/diced jalapeno pepper/red bell pepper/cream Cheese
4. bake 5 minutes at 450 with the buttered side down over the oven rack.
5. turn over and bake 5 minutes
6. put a touch of spicy mustard/BBQ/fresh lemon juice splash over with diced Roma Tomatoes and top with Italian Cheeses
7. Bake another 5 minutes
8. Now these little cuts of bread, baked perfectly…
9. you dip into a heated horseradish/russianette raison vinagrette dipping sauce.
10. you need to take a little cold salmon to spread over each with a light relish.
11. You then dip into a warm Queso
12. Then a dip into sour cream
13. Then eat.
Sandy…I did have a nice Merlot, it was yummy.
