Big Chief Smoker Instructions
advice on using a food smoker ?
ok i have a big chief smoker top loading …i have never done this before ..it didnt come with instructions . i do know your to soak the wood chips for 1-2 hours in water ..before you use them (right?) but do ya drain off the water ? seriously any advice ?
we have a master built smoker
we soak the chip then you drain them
