Black Diamond Smoker
Help with a New Braunfels smoker.?
Howdy all. I have the classic New Braunfels Black Diamond smoker that I got almost 10 years ago. Still working great. However, when the movers moved us from Georgia to Louisianna they lost the little cap that goes on the chimney. Now, I cannot control the temp of my grill with much precision and it is unusable as a smoker. Obviously, with college football season upon us it is time to start smoking briskets so I need to get this fixed. The only problem I am having is that I cannot find replacement caps ANYWHERE. Does anyone know of a place that sells these? Thanks in advance.
