Brick Barbecue Pit
I need to find out where I should go for a custom commercial grill?
I have an Idea for a restaurant, and I am not sure where I should go to turn my grill into reality. the grill would consist would be a rectangle of firebrick like a barbecue pit, at the bottom of the wall where brick makes 90 degree angle with floor, I would have gas fire jets to cook the food angled diagonally towards the center, with a thermometer gauge so to keep a constant temp with the jets. There is a little more in the concept then that buttoned want to give out all my idea. where can I make it a reality??
I would suggest to google “custom commercial grills” and check out all options and see how is reasonable and near you. I found lots of places that create custom commercial grills. It is up to you which one to choose.
