Brinkman Smoker
I recently bought a Brinkman Smoker and I would like to know how to prepare fish and poultry at the same time.
The fish is 1 1/2 lb. Alaskan Red Salmon, and a 7lb. Turkey breast
If you try it, your Turkey will taste like fish.
By putting it over the Turkey, it will drip on it.
Putting it under the Turkey the fumes go up.
The Turkey will take much longer than the salmon.
Don’t ruin your Turkey trying to do both at the same time.
If you need them together, cook the Turkey first and reheat it. It will be dry.
You will need to completely clean the unit after doing any fish.
