Briskett
Is It Still Safe to Grill and Eat?
My friend gave me a beef-briskett that was 7 months old but frozen. Is it still safe to grill and eat?
Double wrap the brisket in heavy-duty foil with a envelope or two (depending how big) of dry onion soup mix. Seal up and put in a slow oven (275) for about 4 hours. It will be fall apart good. After tearing it apart, try adding some BBQ sauce…fantastic!
