Building Meat Smoker
How do you build a vertical meat smoker out of wood, to make jerky?
I do know that you you do not use an open flame in this type of smoker, you use charcoal in a stainless bowl that is the placed in the bottom of the smoker after the flame has reduced down to just hot coals.
I understand the concept I just need some demensions and about where to place the rack for drying the meat out.
I’ve seen those food dehydrator things from Ronco on ebay for pretty cheap. Inject liquid smoke or something.
