food at dave and busters?
im getting the bbq chicken grilled w/ loaded mashed potatoes and green beans under the eat and play combo..i think..is it good? and does anyone know where i can find the cal content of it/protein/fat/carbs?
i just looked for individual food online loaded mashed potatoes alone have almost 500cals and 30g fat damn man and they give 8oz of chicken breast so that’s good =)
Technically no, but I know you don’t wanna hear about that, and it’s not easy to be healthy here, so of all the choices, it’s a better one. I looked up the menu on their home page and couldn’t find any of the content of the food. Chicken in general is mainly a source of protein, as far as macronutrients are concerned, and mashed potatoes and beans are mainly a source of carbohydrates. The caloric content of the whole meal is probably around 300-400 calories.
Edit: Wow, 500 calories from mashed potatoes? Damn…
