Carolina Pork Barbecue

help me pick what food to have for reception!?

Were doing bbq, please pick what you would choose for meat and seafood/veg. please just pick one of each. Thanks!

meat options:
Zesty Grilled Chicken Breasts with Citrus Salsa
Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts
Chicken Breast in Southern Barbecue Sauce
Pineapple Beef Kebabs (6″) – 2 pp
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Sauce
Southern Breast of Chicken on a Sesame Seed Bun
Carolina Shredded Pork on Soft Fresh Buns

Seafood/veg options:
Teriyaki Salmon Fillets
Grilled marinated Scallop Kebabs (10” Skewer)
Honey Lime Grilled Scallops (10” Skewer)
Portabella Mushroom Burger

Any ideas on what sides and appetizers you would have?

The beef kabobs and the honey lime grilled scallops.
I chose the beef because everyone has chicken, and some of the other choices sounded spicy, which not everyone can handle. I chose the scallops because I love them, they are fancy, and the grilled kabobs sound good too, did not know if you wanted to serve two kabob dishes. I would, but I’m not you.
