What side dishes should I serve w/ a Chinese spiced roast suckling pig?
We are having a pig feast(!) for my son’s 16th birthday The pig will probably be obtained from a Chinese BBQ place. We are having his favorite — caramel cake – for dessert. So besides those two super rich foods, what are some yummy side dishes that are not too difficult or too rich but would go with Chinese pig BBQ?
