is this enough food?
hi i am trying to recover from anorexia. i feel so guilty and sick after i eat so its really hard, but i am still lossing weight and i am scared i’m going to die! today this is what i ate:
breakfast- 1/2 a cup of cookie crisp cereal (80 calories)
8 oz orange juice (60 calories)
handful of fruits (grapes, pineapple)
1 hard boiled egg
1 activia yogurt (110 calories)
lunch:1 egg roll (190 calories)
1/4 a pizza (150 calories
snack:1 meddium gala apple (60 calories)
dinner: havent had it yet but i will probably have 1 piece of barbeque chicken and like a bowl of 150 calorie soup and i will probably have some ice cream which is like 120 calories.
i need some suggestions to what i should eat to recover from my eating disorder. please help me! i dont want to die i want to gain weight but i keep lossing instead because i feel so guilty after i eat!! i am 5′4″ and 3/4 of an inch and i weigh 85 lbs, i am also 15 years old.
First thing you need to do … STOP COUNTING CALORIES … eat until you’re no longer hungry … snack a little more, your body (with what you’re doing during the day) is burning off the energy you’re storing from your meals .. if you snack, not too much but something, this will mean you’re storing more energy that your burning and will gain weight
