I made some bacon and where the grill touched the meat it is green in color. Is the meat most likely safe to?
I made some bacon and where the grill touched the meat it is green in color. Is the meat most likely safe to eat? I have a cookshack smoker and I have the nickle plated racks, they do look like there is some pitting on the racks, but there is nothing in the cure that should have been able to react to the metal that I can think of. Anyone have an ideas?
