Crockpot barbeque chicken that doesn’t fall apart?
I want to cook chicken breasts in barbeque sauce using my slow cooker, but I DON’T want it to completely fall apart. I’m thinking that the recommendations in recipes I’ve seen for 6-8 hours is way too long. Any ideas?
It only takes about an our to cook a chicken. After that the more you cook it the more it will fall apart.
Try cooking it in boiling water for about 40 minutes then coat with your BBQ sauce and simmer for while.
