Cucumber Barbeque
have anyone ever ate Malaysian satay?
its some kinda skewered marinated beef, chicken or mutton meat on a thin wooden stick. its barbeque over hot charcoal.
its eaten dipped in spicy peanut curry gravy. Afterwhich u use the wooden stick to pierce pieces of rice cubes, raw onions n cucumbers n dip them into the peanut gravy n eat them.
what do u think of this dish? did u like it?
I’ve had the chicken based version. However, it didn’t come with rice cubes. It came with a cucumber salad and peanut sauce, with no instructions that the two should be combined.
It was good.
