Gas Meat Smoker
What is the best kind of meat smoker to buy?
I have seen electric, gas, and regular….Not sure which to buy the hubby?
A true smoker would never use gas or electric. Go to any rib competition and see if they use gas or electric.
Regular smoker with a side fire box. That is if he is a serious smoker.
