Barbeque chicken. Healthy or fattening?

I want to know if this is no good for me or if it’s ok for me to eat. I am trying to lose weight by the way..My boyfriend’s mom made some BBQ chicken. This is how it was made. She boiled some boneless, skinless chicken, and then made barbeque out of it with some sweet baby rays bbq sauce, and I’m pretty sure she put some honey in it, but I’m not sure. I am not a big fan of sweet baby rays, so I add some Sauers BBQ sauce to my portion. So what of this?
I was reading the nutritional facts on Sauers BBQ and it only has 3grams of sugar in it and there are only 20 calories per serving and it had vitamins in it, so the Sauer’s seems pretty healthy to me..

i think you will be alright. you can give in every once in a while just don’t over do it. it can’t be that bad but if you are worried about it just eat a small portion.
