Honey Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Anyone got a good recipe for pork tocino?
I like it fried, not boiled.
And really sweet, like you can taste the semi-burnt sugar coating on it.
I’m sick of using that honey barbecue sauce to make it.

i suppose this copycat account holder of purple tactics went through extensive research on the net to find two pictures that exactly look like the originals as you may see on my Yahoo360 profiles.

Pork Tocino
1 kilo lean pork (sliced to desired thickness)
1 tsp prague powder
5 pcs calamansi
soy
brown sugar
salt
pepper
Mix all the ingredients and let stand for 24 hours. Then, fry.
**The soy, brown sugar, salt and pepper measurements will be according to your “panlasa”. I use 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp soy, 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp pepper.
