How To Barbecue Corn
Has my diet been bad today?
Breakfast: A Fried egg (In olive oil) With ham cooked on the pan its kind of like bacon except its ham. And a piece of lemon cake (that my grandma made lol)
Morning Tea: Barbecue crackers one of those mini packets 2 Pieces of chicken, And half a banana
Lunch: No lunch
After School: Chicken And corn flavoured cup noodles and 2 glasses of a Blueberry smoothie with low fat milk, Plain yogurt ,Protein powder and blueberries
I Havent had dinner yet
Have i done bad i wanna exercise but my Legs and Butt really hurt from the workout i did yesterday i did lunges and i can like not even walk So im not gonna to my workout today.

I can’t say how many calories you have eaten… but your eating habits are poor.
You need to spread your meals out more. Eat less more often. Lessen the amount of calories you eat each meal by eating every 2-3 hours helps build your metabolism.
If you exercise more often you won’t hurt as much. Get into a routine and your body will feel better after each work out.
Stick with foods that are high in protein and and high in fiber.
