How To Make A Meat Smoker

How do you get rid of indegestion?

I get severe indegestion everytime I eat certain foods such as pasta (the worst), bread, ad when I eat a large meal like meat and vegetables. I also get large amount of swelling in my stomach making me look around 6 months pregnant and sever pain and sometimes followed with heartburn.

The question is does anybody know how i get rid of this or what could cause it or what should i do?!

Please help!

I am a normal weight 138lbs 5 ft4, excersize regularly, not a drinker or a smoker, not to stressed.
I dont have caeliac as iv been tested or IBS
