How To Make Barbeque Sauce
What can i do with these ingredients?
I am trying to make something for dinnr with pork rib for dinnr but my supplies are limited.
so i have
water stewed rib
toasted pecan
limited sugar
flour
some buck choy
chinese cabbage
corn
shrimp
peas
2% milk
there are somethings that i dont have
barbeque sauce
scallion
silontro(dont know how to spell)
most of the american spice
i am asian and should have most asian ingredients. plz give me a recipe
thx
Stir-fried pork and vegetables with pecan gravy
Pork, cut into 1″ cubes
Bok choy, cut into 1″ pieces
Chinese cabbage, sliced thin
corn
peas
toasted pecans
In a heavy skillet, heat some oil (about 2 tbsp) to medium heat. Saute (fry) the pork and vegetables together until the vegetables are cooked but not mushy.
Add two handfuls of pecans and 1/2 c water and cook until the pecans form a gravy.
Season with salt, pepper, and any spices you desire.
Serve over rice.
