Can someone let me know if my answer is correct?
Bottled propane is used in areas away from natural gas pipelines for cooking and heating, and is also the source of heat in most gas barbeque grills. Propane burns in oxygen according to the following balanced chemical equation:
C3H8(g) + 5O2(g)3CO2(g) + 4H2O(g)
Calculate the mass in grams of water vapor produced if 3.08 mol of propane is burned.

It is 
As you most likely already know, you have 4X as many moles of H2O as you have of C3H8, so if you have 3.08 moles of C3H8, you have 12.32 moles of H2O (granted that the reaction is occuring with an excess of oxygen)
You then have to multiply the number of moles of H2O produced by it’s molar mass to calculate the mass in grams of water vapor produced. To calculate the molar mass of water vapor, you need to add the molar mass of oxygen (15.9994g/mol) and 2X the molar mass of hydrogen (2X1.00794g/mol)
15.9994 + 2X1.00794 = 18.015g/mol, which is your molar mass.
12.32 moles X 18.015 grams/mol = 221.94gram ~ 222g
