Baby Back Ribs Pork Or Beef??
Okay so i need a Barbeque sauce that i can make from scratch; well i can make. It needs to be sweet but spicy at the same time. I’ll tell you why, first of al i pre soak my ribs in apple cider vinegar and water, in that i throw a jalapeno pepper and banana pepper, spices and garlic. So i need a sauce that can counter act the taggyness? of the ribs, i don’t want to stop soaking them in all the stuff because i like the soak just i need a sauce recipe. In the past i have tried sweet baby rays, open pit, and many honey, or sweet brands of sauce and none seem to work. Do you have a good sauce recipe you think would work? If so can i have the recipe please?

1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. catsup
½ c. chipotle spiced catsup, or ¼ tsp. chipotle powder and ½ cup catsup
3 Tbs. dark brown sugar
¼ tsp. kosher salt
2 Tbs. brown deli style mustard
2 Tbs. molasses
