How do I prepare a rack of spare ribs?
In what order do you:
add sauce
bake
etc.
just basic BBQ ribs, i need a basic idea, thanks
Coke ribs are truly great. very tender.
soak in coke overnight
bake in oven for about 2 3/4 hours @ 300 degrees.
throw on the grill and add the sauce then for about the last 15 minutes.
or if you don’t use the grill, bake 3 hours and add the sauce the last 15 minutes.
If you put the sauce on too early, you will burn the sauce.
