Outdoor Barbeque Grills
cooking BONELESS pork ribs?
We purchases some fairly thick BONELESS pork ribs. What is an EASY way to prepare them. I was thinking first use the oven and then at the end transfer to the outdoor grill. Do I soak them in barbeque sauce first before putting in oven- then bake in the oven OR is it better to cook them for awhile then put the sauce on and back into the oven and then grill them? Can you give me specific instructions. Im NOT fancy cook. So be easy and direct.

I do this all the time when bnless country ribs are on sale.
Rinse and pat dry the meat, season with salt and pepper, place on foil lined cookie sheets Bake 325 till tender, about two hours, more is fine. After 30 minutes drain liquid from pan, do this again after another hour and then turn over and lightly sauce with your favorite sauce. After the sauce gets sticky, 20-30 min, turn over sauce again and continue baking till sauce gets sticky, another 20 to 30 minutes.
I line the cookie sheet with heavy foil and then a sheet of nonstick foil so the sauced ribs don’t stick. Bonus, little clean up.
