simple oven baked barbecue chicken recipe?
hello there plz give me a simple ovenbaked BBQ chicken recipe that doesn’t involved too much ingredients nor is hard to cook.
Rub some vegetable oil over the bone-in, skin-on chicken then sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast the chicken at 375 for 45 minutes. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the chicken and roast for another 20 to 25 minutes until the juices from the chicken run clear and the barbecue sauce has caramelized.
