Oven Barbeque Chicken
How can i make barbeque chicken in the oven with only barbeque sauce and ketchup?
of course i have chicken too.duh!
You actually don’t need ketchup. Just baste cut chicken pieces with barbecue sauce on one side. Broil in the oven in a broiler pan on the broil setting (around 450 degrees) for ten minutes . Remove the pan from the oven (using a pot holder, as it will be hot), turn over the chicken with a prong. Baste the other side. Broil again for ten minutes. Cut a thick piece to make sure its done (white, no longer pick), If not, turn the setting back to bake (400 degrees and bake for 5- ten minutes to complete.. Put the biggest pieces in the center where it’s hottest ,and the wings on the outside. Use your favorite barbecue sauce from the supermarket.
