Easy Ribs or Pork Sandwich Recipe?

I am looking for a quick and easy recipe for ribs or for a pork sandwich. I don’t have a barbeque so maybe something that can be done in the oven or on the stove top?

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
3 pounds boneless pork ribs
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce

DIRECTIONS
Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker, and add boneless pork ribs. Cook on High heat for 4 hours, or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat, and shred with two forks. It will seem that it’s not working right away, but it will.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Transfer the shredded pork to a Dutch oven or iron skillet, and stir in barbeque sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through.

Baked BBQ-Style Ribs

4 pounds pork spareribs
1 lemon, sliced (unpeeled)
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire auce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cups water
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place pork spareribs in a shallow roasting pan, meat side up. Place a slice of unpeeled lemon and a thin slice of onion on each rib. Roast for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, hot pepper sauce and water. Bring to a boil, then pour over the ribs at the end of the first 30 minutes. Lower heat to 350°F and continue baking for about 2 hours, basting the ribs with the sauce every 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.

Chinese-Style Spareribs

6 pounds pork spareribs
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
Cut spareribs into serving-size portions.
Place large plastic bag in large bowl. In bag, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add ribs, close bag tightly. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight; turn bag several times to distribute marinade.
Drain ribs, reserving marinade. Place ribs in shallow roasting pan; cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and brush ribs with the reserved marinade. Discard leftover marinade. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or till done.
Makes 6 servings.

Country Ribs

4 pounds pork spareribs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/4 cups tomato ketchup
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Rub pork spareribs with garlic salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, chili sauce, vinegar, hot pepper sauce and lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside ½ cup of the sauce for serving.
Arrange ribs, bone-side down in a shallow roasting pan with a rack; baste with the sauce. Bake for 2 to 2½ hours, turning and basting with the sauce every 30 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce and plenty of napkins.
Makes 6 servings
