Propane Barbeque
Why do most barbeque competitions prohibit the use of propane?
I know that most real barbequers look down their nose at propane, but is that the only reason it’s not allowed?
Everyone should have the same advantages or obstacles. The user would have to know how much coals to use to maintain certain temperatures, how how to build, when to add more, etc.
If propane were allowed, then I would think that ALL would have to be using propane and wood or charcoal could not be used.
