what permit do i need 2 have a roadside bbq stand in texas?
Im not sure what KIND but I am sure you have to have one. Talk to the city. They will know. But definately get that permit fast because they fine you, and its not pretty. SO get the phone book (or info #) and ask/look for the city. Mmkay? Mmkay. GOOD LUCK!
