What temp do I cook a sirloin tip roast on the grill rotisserie and how many minutes pre pound?
not quite sure what a ‘tip’ roast is, you must be american.
i think you are talking about a striploin which is the whole sirloin cut.
it should take around 15 minutes per pound if you want it pink, plus fifteen minutes extra. keep your eye on it though. if you want it more cooked(why i dont know) then make it 20 minutes per pound.
