Am I gonna…Die?????

yesterday after a long day out on the slopes I got home and sat down with a bag of bbq sunflower seeds and started watchin 24. I accidently SWALLOWED a sunflower seed whole–shell and all. WITHOUT even chewing it!!!

So, how much more longer do i have?
