Scared to test?

I”m such a dork. I’m afraid to take an HPT, not b/c I’m young or anything like that but b/c I’m afraid of it being neg. I really want to be pregnant and have another child. But with my daughter I didn’t get a BFP till I was almost 4 months along.
My period is now offically late, it was suppose to start between the 10-14 of this month. And in the past 6 months it has never been late even when I’ve been under alot of stress. I’ve had a small amount of stress this past month and all but nothing major. I’ve had a few pregnancy liek symptoms. On the 7th and the 11th I spotted very faintly light pink. I’ve had a killer headache off and on for two weeks. I’m hungry all the time and all I want to eat is red meat. I’ve been alittle sick to my stomache and yes I’m a smoker and occassional drinker*which will stop* But I’ve not had the urge to do either. I’m tired all the time and usually have to take a nap in the middle of the day even if I wake up late in the morning.

Definitely test! I only had to take a pregnancy test twice, but I was scared for a positive (hehe.) But, the piece of mind is worth it. It’s best to find out as soon as possible so you make sure you make the proper changes to your lifestyle/diet if pregnant.

And even if it is negative, then you can deal with what is next. Possibly trying again?
