can you use wood chips on a gas bbq?
if so, where do you buy them in the uk?
Sure can! You have to soak some of the wood chips in water. Then put one part wet and two parts dry in some aluminum foil, poke holes in it and put it on the grill. The smoke from the wood chips will infuse the meat with whatever flavor wood chips you’re using. For example hickory, cherry, mesquite, apple, etc….
You can also get the wood chips presoaked.
Don’t know where you can get them in the UK though. Have you tried looking for them online?
